Having difficulty logging in because of your username or password?
When you were registered as an administrator or as a leader to take the Leadership Assessment, you were sent an e-mail that contained your username and password. Please refer to that e-mail to retrieve your log-in information. (Note that your username is typically your e-mail address.) If you are still having difficulty, please contact support@PerformanceLeaders.com.

Do you have cookies disabled, or does your browser not support cookies?
Logging in to Performance Leader requires your browser to support cookies, and the option must be enabled.

To enable cookies:

Internet Explorer 5.X
1. Under the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. On the Security tab, select Internet zone.
3. Select a security level other than High.
-or-
4. Select Custom Level, and then click Enable for both cookie options in the cookies section.

Internet Explorer 4.x
1. Under the View Menu, select Internet Options.
2. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section.
3. Under Cookies, select Always accept cookies.


Netscape 4.x
1. Under the Edit Menu, select Preferences.
2. Under the Advanced options, select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept all cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
3. Select OK

Netscape 6.x
1. Under the Edit Menu, select Preferences.
2. Under the Advanced options, select choose the "Cookies" option
3. Select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept all cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
4. Select OK

To see if your browser supports cookies, or for additional information on how to enable the cookie feature, see the online Help for your particular browser.

If you see a message to notify you that a Web site is trying to send you a cookie when you try to sign in, you should choose to continue or you will not be able to sign in.

If your browser does not support cookies, you can upgrade to a newer browser, such as Internet Explorer 5 or Netscape Navigator 4.76.
